Returns & Exchanges

At Testbook, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fashion items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
